1. Document Processing
Processing all correspondence, Safety Meeting minutes,
incident report and relevant documents for the Safety
department and insured submitting the documents in timely
manner. In addition to the above, the incident report uploading
to the Industrial Safe record and using Info-Exchange software
for preparing safety weekly and monthly report.
2. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) controlling.
I will create and maintain a new inventory for
personnel protective equipment, which includes the
details such as; request date, receiving date,
distribution details, and stock balance. I will maintain
this inventory effectively and will keep good control
over PPE issue. By maintaining the same, I will also
make sure that sufficient quantity of PPE is available
in stock and request for new PPE is done well in
advance. I will submit the above register to PMC
SH&E manager on a monthly basis.
