  6. 6. Cutlery of South-Indian Culture South Indian Culture has the minimal use of Cutlery. They mainly use banana leaf as Cutlery. Small copper bowls are used to serve vegetables with gravy Copper glass is used for drinking water
  7. 7. Chinese table manners are a part of the chinese catering culture, and includes lots of rules and etiquettes. Table Manners in Chinese Culture Let’s see some table etiquettes followed in chinese culture : ● In seating arrangement around a table, the guest of honor sits at the farthest position from the door . ● Holding the rice bowl in correct manner.
  8. 8. ● You should hold the chopsticks in a correct manner as shown in the figure. ● Chopsticks shouldn’t be used to point to someone during eating . ● Be grateful and polite when taking or serving food with chopsticks.

For eg, monkey brains add wisdom, crocodile meat strengthens the bronchia 2. Yin Yang Foods Northern China has cold and damp weather, and therefore people there eat more hot and spicy foods such as chilies, onions, and garlic. Generally people from the south like to eat more mild and cooling foods because of the warmer climate
