Duties :
• Responsible for HO Execution Operations for SITC projects in Western, Southern & Central
regions.
• Overseeing and coordinating the day to day running of projects. Involved in the development,
updating and monitoring of business and action plans. Post award contract administration, critical
notifications forming basis of delay and cost claims, Negotiation of contractual claims, evaluation
of sub-contractors claims, sub-contract administration, delay impact analysis for Liquidated
Damages & corresponding Time Extension, Closure of Contract, Evaluating the sub-contractor's
performance against their schedule and identify potential and actual hurdles proactively,
preparation of MIS, site coordination and updating status to management, planning to ensure

schedules, Progress reports,Bank Guarantees, Insurance Policies.

• Reviewing & updating project progress in SCCPM Software.
