needs spontaneously. Neither does it give the
service provider an idea about the HEATMAP of
the requests. The availability and the need gap
remained unfilled
Search Listings
For users, search tools or listings like Google,
Craigslist and Angie’s list could help them find a
nearby service provider, for an urgent need like a
broken water supply or a gasoline for their stalled
vehicle. But their address does not reflect the
actual location. The user might miss the nearby
provider or vice versa
Service Providers
For service providers, they need to wait. Wait for
user to contact them. Most times there is lack of
information like the location and the exact
requirement from the user.
 Whistle resolves this by informing both parties when they are
nearing each other, so that the nearest provider is available to the
nearest consumer. It makes the service delivery effectively
utilized. It can also be applied to other categories like neighbor

A consumer or provider create a “Whistle” for a category like home repair and subcategory plumbing. The
system detects the location and matches with already created whistles on the category and subcategory of
the opponent ( if provider then consumer or vice versa). It alerts all matching users when their interested
party is nearing them. They communicate and gets things done.

Neither does it give the service provider an idea about the HEATMAP of the requests. The availability and the need gap remained unfilled Search Listings For users, search tools or listings like Google, Craigslist and Angie’s list could help them find a nearby service provider, for an urgent need like a broken water supply or a gasoline for their stalled vehicle. Most times there is lack of information like the location and the exact requirement from the user.  Whistle resolves this by informing both parties when they are nearing each other, so that the nearest provider is available to the nearest consumer.
