 Monitoring recovery of DPC, CBC and other additional finance charges.
 Percolation & Implementation of Company Policies and monitoring process adherence.
 Reviewing delinquent accounts & portfolio to control collection, recovery operations for delinquent customers.
 Identifying the exceptions in contract behaviour & taking pro active & timely actions so that the future potential

 Preparing collection MIS and reporting the same to RBH and analyzing regional collection Tracker.
 Identifying high-risk loans & implementing result oriented collection plans to manage delinquency within pre-set
norm
Handled commercial vehicle financing for Indore Region, maintain positive business generation and
ensuring portfolio profitability and provide constant feedback on company’s product and market
