Managed service capability for contract staffing
CBSbutler has implemented many managed agency contracts including a number of leading
employers within the high technology and engineering sectors. These include Honeywell,
Bookham Technology and MBDA. As such, we are extremely familiar with ‘best practices’
together with what works and what doesn’t. CBSbutler can offer established service models
and systems to ensure a fast-track implementation. We also have considerable 2nd tier supply
relationships with many other recruitment providers.
+ The Managed Service Provider (MSP) ensures that 100% of the organisation’s
contract staffing requirements are filled by supplying staff directly and by using
‘second tier agencies’.
+ We can also implement a Vendor Management System, which is an on-line software
application that captures the complete recruitment process. Used by agencies, line
managers and recruitment managers, it automates, streamlines and controls the
service delivery process and supply chain.
