The Alessa group was founded by Hamad Abdullah Alessa in 1935. Today Alessa group is known as the Alessa Industries
Company (AIC). Alessa is an integrated group in the business. It include distributing appliances, electronics and
manufacturing refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners and air handling units, as well as contracting and installation of
personnel and commercial air conditioners and air handling units. The international department in Alessa supplies the
Middle East and Africa markets with a full range of air conditioners and other products, such as chest freezers,
refrigerators. AIC has exclusive brand distributorships and manufacturing brand under licence, marketing, service divisions
and R&D.
 Assist in Planning & organizing financial accounting and reporting activities including treasury services, budgeting,
forecasting, financial analysis & Evolution, and financial information system.
 Assist in developing and implementing the finance strategy to supports the corporate and business planning

Chemicals Pvt. Ltd” working as a Division of Ultra Chemicals LLC USA. It deals in all kinds of Construction Chemicals.
During ultra-chemicals I did the following tasks:
 Prepare, Analyze & Interoperate financial statements including Detailed Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement, & other
accounting reports in accordance with defined policies & procedures and applicable accounting standard under local GAAP.
