2. 4Days / 3Nights Gorilla Safari in Bwindi
Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is
located in the south western Uganda
region. It is one of the few Albertine Rift
Rainforest remaining at present in the
world that supports over
300-350 rare mountain gorillas. An
encounter with a Gorilla family is one of
the most humbling, thrilling and
memorable experiences .

Dark and mysterious, delightful chattering cast of
monkeys, birds, and insects and butterflies
welcome you to this rainforest. A network of
shady forest trails provides much to delight
botanists and butterfly lovers, while birders are
in for a treat with 335 species. Nocturnal walks
to see the bush babies are as well arranged.
Kibale Forest is well known for Chimpanzee
tracking as the main activity.

Viewing in Murchison Falls N.Park
Murchison Falls N. Park is situated in the
North west of Uganda, it is Uganda’s
biggest National Park bisected by the
second world’s longest river the mighty
River Nile.
Visit to the top of the falls, game drives to
view giraffes, elephants, lions, and
buffaloes, a magical launch cruise on the
Nile are but a few of the activities you can
do. For the ardent anglers, catching an
80kg Nile Perch is the norm rather than
the exception.

with its large swim up bar pool
overlooking the Nile.
5. 4Days / 3Nights Wildlife Game Viewing in
Queen Elizabeth N. Park
Queen Elizabeth N. Park is characterized from open
savannah to rainforest, from dense papyrus
swamps and brooding crater lakes to the vastness
of Lake George and Edward, it is little wonder that
QENP boasts one of the highest biodiversity ratings
of any game park or reserve in the world.
Chimpanzee tracking in Kyambura Riverine Forest
Gorge, launch cruises on Kazinga channel to view
hippos, crocodiles and birds off shore is such a
thrilling experience. Game drives to view
elephants, lions, leopard, and many more is
guaranteed to give you a safari experience of a
lifetime.
Stay at the lovely Mweya Safari Lodge situated on a
peninsula commanding a breathtaking view of
Lake George and Kazinga Channel.
6. 3Days / 2 Nights Wildlife Game Viewing and
Cultural walk in Lake Mburo National Park
Lake Mburo National Park is situated in Mbarara
District in the south-western Uganda .
The wide variety of animals, birds and vegetation
type, plus the parks accessibility makes it popular
with visitors, especially those traveling to Bwindi,
Queen Elizabeth parks.
With its unique characteristic of acacia woodland,
it is the only national park you can see the
beautiful gigantic Eland. The seven lakes with
their surrounding swamps hide secretive papyrus
specialists such as the sitatunga antelope and red,
black and yellow papyrus gonalek. Lake Mburo is
the perfect destination for a three days safari.

Distance as from Kampala: 230km
7. Mt. Rwenzori the world’s challenging Mountain
with snow near the Equator
The snow covered Rwenzori ranges lie 120km along the western
border of Uganda and rise to a height of 5109 meters.
Hiking on the lower slopes along the Rwenzori central
circuit for a 7days loop does not call for mountaineering
experience and those who attempt the higher peaks will
need proper climbing equipment's.
Main four peaks rise above 4000m.

Edward Peak 4843m a.s.l – on Mt. Baker

10. TRAVEL TIPSSOME HINTS ON TRAVEL
Getting there
Entebbe International Airport is served by several
international carriers.
Passport and Visas
A valid passport is mandatory. Visa requirements
sometimes change, so check before you travel. Visas
can be purchased upon arrival at the airport or a land
border.
Health
A certificate of yellow fever vaccination is required.
Health insurance certificate is a must. NO TRACKING
THE GORILLAS when you have flue etc.
Money
The unit of currency is the Uganda shilling. All major
currencies are accepted, although the US dollar is the
most common. Cash in US Dollars and EUROS notes
issued above year 2000.
Language
Educated Ugandans are generally fluent in English
