Working memory is an essential cognitive function necessary to keep information in your mind for several seconds, manipulate it, and use it in your thinking. It is the ability to keep information in your mind for a short time, focus on a task, and remember what to do next. It is central to concentration, problem solving, and impulse control. Poor working memory is the source of many problems related to attention and is often linked to ADHD, and other learning disabilities. What is Cogmed Working Memory Training Program? Cogmed is an evidence-based, computerized training program designed by leading neuroscientists to improve attention by effectively increasing working memory capacity over a 5 week training period.

Learning Outcome: The goal of Cogmed Coach Training is to provide participants with the skills and
resources needed to support clients through the 5 week 'Cogmed Working Memory Training' program
to improve Working Memory.
Eligibility Criteria: Graduation in any discipline
Registration Fee: INR. 6580/- inclusive of taxes (six Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty
Rupees)

Payment is to be made in cash or DD favoring “Afshan Jabeen” payable at Hyderabad. Confirmation
