 The sentence “Work life balance” was first
introduced in the United State at 1986 which
can explain the practical work life spent during
job and the time giving to family.
Meaning
 Work life balance means that spending 50% of
time is at work and 50% of time at home.
Definition
 States that work life balance is an essential
attainment and satisfaction in daily life
(Bird,2006).
 The equality of an individual professional and
personal life demands is know as work life
balance (Lockwood,2003).
 The organizations can help workers to adjust
their job and life by work life balance training
as well as program (Hudson,2005).
