Week 1: Introduction to the Pronto system: This portion of the training takes place at our training facility at corporate headquarters in Brownsville, TX. You will learn how to sell insurance policies, manage employees, market the office, and provide customer service.  Week 2: Immersion into an existing Pronto Agency: The "Hands On" portion of the training involves you participating in the everyday activities at an actual Pronto agency.  Week 3: On-Site training: This training takes place at your own agency and involves a grand opening, marketing, and selling to your new customers. A training specialist will be present to ease you into the Pronto process. The grand opening of your franchise will be the last day of your training. Training

Underwriting strives to provide excellent customer service and ensure member satisfaction.  The staff is trained to assist franchisees through any aspect of selling a policy from the use of the GA software system to dealing with a customer.
