THE STATE EDUCATION DEPARTMENT The Eighteenth Annual Statewide Chinese Painting Contest: Celebrate the Learning of the Chinese Culture The theme of the contest is Celebrate the Learning of the Chinese Culture. This theme is extended to all topics related to the Chinese culture and will not be limited to the lunar New Year celebration.
