Business Model Canvas is a strategic management and entrepreneurial tool. It allows you to describe, design, challenge, invent, and pivot your business model. It will give you the overall aspect of the whole business in a single sheet.

The BMC template for general business consists of 9 fields (“Key Partners”, “Key Activities”, “Key Resources”, “Value Propositions”, “Stakeholders Relationship”, “Channels”, “Target Populations”, “Cost Stream” and “Revenue Stream”) as shown in the first template.

I have reworked the general BMC templates and added two extra fields “Fund Raising” and “Social Impact”, specifically for Social Enterprises. A model of the BMC for Social Enterprises is given in the Second Template.
