execution, contracts, budgeting, safety to owner.
• Some times owner doesn’t want to hire a staff for a project so
he directly appoint a PMC.

of total 80,000 sqft and total cost of project is 40cr.
• This project is comprises of 3parts i.e, shops + offices +
theatre area.

higher than the residential one.
