of HR management and HR development

• ‘Humatrix 5’ is a web-based HR software
developed for HR and payroll outsourcing
service of Humanica with extensive
functions to handle the most complex HR
management requirements including
complete employee self service features.
• ‘Humatrix 3’ is an HR and payroll
software application for SMEs; it was
launched with KBank using the Software
as a Service (SaaS) model.
• ‘Mobile Self-Service’ is an extension to
self service feature to support employee
access to HR functions via SMS and
Interactive Voice Response (IVR).
• ‘Talento’ is a web-based personality
evaluation software application for talent
management.
Archivements
The Transaction Control Log and
Taxpayer Accounting System is the
most important business software of RD.
It is a web application. It receives and
processes all tax transactions. It also
keeps track of individual taxpayer
accounts. The software was deployed
successfully and has been able to serve
online transactions from more than
5,000 PC terminals all over the country
and is still being used today.
The Security System for Online Tax
Systems is a backbone system that
supports security aspects including user
account management, single sign on,
data authorization, detailed logging, and
transaction encryption for the 6 primary
tax systems.
The Tax Identification Number
System functions as the single taxpayer
information center. It is a web
application and is integrated with other
tax systems. It also interfaces in real
time with the National Identification
Number System of the Ministry of the
Interior (MOI); this accomplishment has
enabled taxpayers to use their individual
national ID number instead of a tax ID
number. The software is still being
reliably used in every RD office.
The Tax Identification Number System
was one of the systems that led RD to
acheive the e-Asia Award in 2004.

IT Master Plan for 2004-2006
• contributed to the publication of a 3-year IT road map for the ED (the document was
primarily used for government decisions on the ED IT budget during the period)
• conducted field surveys to gather existing information and perform initial assessments
• evaluated the IT situation of the ED (hardware and software)
