2. NASA Small Business Industry Awards
Phil Monkress is a successful business executive who has experience contracting with
large aerospace firms such as Boeing and Lockheed Martin. Currently, Phil Monkress
serves as the CEO of All Points Logistics in Merritt Island, Florida, a program
management and integrated logistics firm that has been named a Small Business of the
Year by NASA.

3. NASA Small Business Industry Awards
The NASA Small Business of the Year award is administered by the NASA Office of
Small Business Programs (OSBP). The award is part of a larger program, known as the
Small Business Industry Awards, that honors excellence and achievement in NASA’s
Small Business Program on an annual basis. The awards, which follow a nomination-
based process, include:

A prerequisite for each of the awards is high performance in fulfilling NASA contracts. In
addition, award winners must work cooperatively with NASA personnel, contractors, and
subcontractors, as well as provide value-added service, support, and innovative
solutions.
