The software often controls the complete materials processing on a site,
from raw material receiving, through weighing/blending, grinding (if
applicable), mixing, post mixing processing (e.g. Pelleting/Cooling/
Coating), and finished product load out.

These core features are available to all Imperium users without the need
of expensive control hardware changes, Imperium PCS is able to utilise
legacy PLC, I/O platforms, for example Siemens, Allen Bradley,
Mitsubishi, Omron & Schneider along with existing networked PC’s.

Imperium is modular by design meaning that extra functionality can be obtained by utilising the
various modules available to our clients. The Imperium modules suite is made up of 6
elements plus 1 add-on feature. These were developed following repeated feedback from our
extensive client list and from our vast industry experience.
i-Efficiency
Providing real time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data by monitoring the throughput
of various plant items and their stoppages, this data can then be interrogated using SQL
Reporting Services or other third party products to allow management to increase the
efficiency of their manufacturing facility.
i-Enviro
Energy monitoring and control functions utilizing real time data from power meters allowing
accurate costing of product manufacturing. Allowing total energy (KWH/Tonne) and accurate
costing £/Tonne for each and all productions runs.
i-Data-Direct
Connectivity package allowing interfaces to third party applications and hardware.
i-Portal
Remote viewing portal allowing secure remote connection to site control system, utilizing
hierarchies’ logins to ensure full security.
i-Excellence
Recording of data from various quality check equipment such as visual inspections, check
weighers, lab testing and many more. All data can be recorded for internal use and also
included in batch reports and delivery documents.
i-Translate
Optional translation of all on screen text fields to the native language

Records the usage/transitions of all configured plant items and cross checks against the
