Introduction
   MSC (Multimedia Super Corridor)
      is a national initiative spearheaded by
       Government.
      to promote national ICT industry, to provide a
       test-bed for the global ICT industry and to
       provide a conductive enabling environment
   Relationship between MSC and Smart
    School Project?
Smart School Project
 In late 1996, it was introduced as one
  of the seven Flagship applications of
  MSC.
 It was implemented on a Pilot basis
  between 1999 and 2002.
Aims of Project
  Reinvents the educational system in
   Malaysia
  Practises self-paced, self accessed
   and self directed learning in children
5 Main Goals

 Produce a thinking and technology-
  literate workforce
 Democratize education
 Increase participation of stakeholders
 Provide all-round development of
  individual
 Provide opportunities to enhance
  individual strengths and abilities
