Put simply, coaching is a process that aims to improve performance and focuses on the 'here and now'
rather than on the distant past or future. ... Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximise
their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them.
A coach helps the client achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their
personal and professional lives
Great thing about coaching is that is isn't directive. A coach can create an environment for you to find

Self-coaching is an approach to becoming more self aware, which allows an individual to make
sustainable behavioral shifts that result in unlocking her/his potential and improved effectiveness.
Self Coaching is a technique to lead yourself to success. Leading yourself means you are aware of your
feelings, thoughts and behaviours. A conscious awareness about yourself means that you can quickly
choose how to react and act in a situation.
