April 1997 - August 2000 Deputy Head teacher, Ledbury Primary School • Played major role in helping the senior management team to change the culture and ethos of the organisation to that of a more positive, affirming and consequently successful environment. • Developed leadership skills in a high pressure, demanding environment.
