Account Manager – Advanced Business Professionals 2015- Present
Lead Account Manager of the following associations. Arizona Sign Association, Western States Sign Council, The Neon Group
and the Utah Sign Association.
Preparing account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals and other client
communications and correspondence. Attend board meetings, develop special events for each associations from the ground
up.
Participating in and documenting discussions during client meetings and conference calls. Reviewing vendor quotes. Verifying
production specs for the sign industry.
Creating and/or providing feedback on project estimates and timelines using social media and website maintenance. Fielding
and processing internal information requests for various sign companies. Executing and publishing the newsletters for each

Team Supervisor - LS travel retail North America 2015
Managed two of LS travels gift shop locations at The Sheraton Downtown and The Arizona Grand Resort with sales of
approximately $10,000 per week.
Handled all merchandising, inventory control, ordering, cash control, and maintenance for both locations.Hire, train, and
coordinate a staff of 10 at both locations including developing relationships between vendors and hotel staff.
Worked with corporate to develop local marketing and advertising strategies, supplementing national campaigns, in the resort
shop division of LS travel.
