Perform installation access, usage of physical access control equipment and visitor access on military
installations. Safeguard Government personnel, information, operations, and critical assets in accordance
with a wide variety of Federal rules and agency/local regulations/policies.
 Performs Physical Access Control Systems (PACS) registrar operations in order to enroll personnel
into the system for vetting and printing of visitor passes/badges.
 Verifies personnel credentials, prints visitor passes and/or badges, creates and edits card holder
records and runs card and pass access reports.
 Controls, prepares, issues identification badges, cards, and passes that allow access of civilian,
military, contractor personnel, and visitors on to the installation.
 Conduct vehicle searches/inspections (to include cargo areas, engine compartments and under
carriages), in accordance with standing operating procedures.
Company Administrative Officer (Nov 2014 – Apr 2016) A. Co 305th Military Intelligence Battalion – Fort
Huachuca, AZ
I Aided the Company Operating Manager(s) in resolving issues through acquired knowledge and skills in
dealing with organization; personnel; equipment; and other tools or resources of management.
 Collected daily employees (Soldiers) accountability status statements from multiple departments
within the company, compiled information and created one comprehensive Mission Readiness
Report.
 Managed personal actions for over 500 employees (Soldiers) which consists of the following: financial
affairs; issuing documents for advancement or reduction of rank/pay grade; and conducting drug
screenings.
 Developed operational order plans for a multitude of training events. Ensured the reduction of
inherent risks associated with those events through rigid assessments and creation of mitigation
plans.

Range Control Officer (Dec 2013 - Nov 2014) Fort Gordon Range Control – Fort Gordon, GA
Enforced safety protocols on all military graded weapon qualification ranges. As the RCO, I exercised
authority over all range operations including aircrafts, vehicles, and ground personnel operations.
 Managed range operations in accordance with all applicable regulations, in efforts of preventing
and/or eliminating unsafe practices.
 Assisted in the writing of Standard Operation Procedures of Military Ranges to include, but not limited
to the following: removal of small arms fire expended ordnance; discovering/reporting/and the
removal of Unexploded Ordnance; and maintained general area upkeep.

internal and external training programs that required completion in order for a unit to remain in compliance
with federal guidelines.
 Conducted training programs according to the proposed syllabus and recommended training
exercises.

The Warrior Leader Course is a month long course that teaches potential leaders the basic skills to lead small
groups of soldiers. This hard-hitting and intensive course emphasizes leadership skills and prepares soldiers to
advance within the Non-Commission Officer ranks.
Advanced Leader Course
This is a two-month course focusing on leadership and technical skills required to prepare soldiers selected for
promotion to Staff Sergeant to effectively lead squad and platoon size units (Anywhere from 8 – 30 Soldiers).
Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Course (80 hrs)
This course instructs individuals how to provide direct assistance and care to victims of sexual harassment or
assault.
Unit Prevention Leader Course (40 hrs)
Administrate, controls, and coordinates the unit's drug testing and training programs in accordance with DoD and
DA directives and policies.
Unit Armorer Course (40 hrs)
Training includes inspecting, weapon assembly/disassembly, required organizational maintenance, parts
ordering, and troubleshooting weapon operational malfunctions.
Bus Driver Course (40 hrs)
This course provides instructions on operating a 40 passenger bus. Assess your knowledge and ability to
complete the 7-step Air Brake Check and pre-operation safety inspection.

This hard-hitting and intensive course emphasizes leadership skills and prepares soldiers to advance within the Non-Commission Officer ranks. Advanced Leader Course This is a two-month course focusing on leadership and technical skills required to prepare soldiers selected for promotion to Staff Sergeant to effectively lead squad and platoon size units (Anywhere from 8 – 30 Soldiers). Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) Course (80 hrs) This course instructs individuals how to provide direct assistance and care to victims of sexual harassment or assault. Unit Prevention Leader Course (40 hrs) Administrate, controls, and coordinates the unit's drug testing and training programs in accordance with DoD and DA directives and policies. Unit Armorer Course (40 hrs) Training includes inspecting, weapon assembly/disassembly, required organizational maintenance, parts ordering, and troubleshooting weapon operational malfunctions. Bus Driver Course (40 hrs) This course provides instructions on operating a 40 passenger bus.
