The vacuum system is completely new,
with dry filters that remove the traditionally
hulking external abatement systems.

the guns using a mathematical formula that we
studied and patented.

A gun.
Thousands advantages.
This gun is the result of 30 years of innovation and of
more than 1.000 prototypes.
It is a low pressure gun that establishes a new
standard: spraying pressure up to 0,15 bar.
Why a low pressure gun?
To reduce the velocity of the air used to spray
the chemical product and, consequently,
to reduce the bounce of the colour on the leather.
The least colour wasted, the best efficiency.
The low pressure guns use less air:
so, it is necessary less energy to pressurise it.
The least electrical consumption.
The best use of the industrial working space.
Working with low pressure, the components
of the machine are subject to less stress.

Gun and cleaning, all-in-one.
The flow regulation device is included in the gun.
It includes a special 12 mm2
entrance,
which substitutes the traditional nozzle,
and allows to wash the gun.
This device reduces the accumulation of filth
in the passages of the colour.

We removed the spring that closed the guns
in the absence of the control of the electrovalves.
The result?
Incredibly fast response times,
up to 15 times faster than traditional guns.
With patented “TWIST” system, the removal of the
gun head is really fast and allows a complete and
effective cleaning even during the working process.

We do not like
wasting colour.
The traditional reading bars
placed under the conveyor belt exist no more.
We replaced them with the Vision reading system
that uses a laser pointer and HD cameras.
In this way, it is possible to wash the cabin
without damaging the reading systems.
Most of all, the problems linked to the sedimentation
of painting on the reading bar are solved.

You can regulate all the functions
through a touchscreen panel.
The production parameters are readable
by means of any computer connected
to the internet. New functions can be activated
updating the software.
