  1. Kerstin: - Einleitung Thomas: Krisenkommunikation Wann ein Rechtsanwalt hinzuzuziehen ist Abmahnungen & PR Zeit für Fragen
  2. Kurze (!) Vorstellung. Zwei Sätze reichen.
  3. Kurzes Statement von jedem von uns „Flausch“ stellt sozusagen die Außensicht auf PR aus juristischer Perspektive dar; „Keule“ meint die juristische Keule aus PR-Sicht zu tun/zu klären: Wir arbeiten wir unsere Position so heraus, dass sich ein spannender Antagonismus ergibt? Oder setzen wir von Anfang an eher auf Konsens, d.h. nehmen nur kurz Gegenpositionen ein, um dann jeweils zu einer Übereinstimmung zu kommen? Kerstin: Firmen rufen oft direkt nach dem Juristen. Das provoziert mehr als es nützt Bsp Jako Thomas : Rechtsrat: Lieber häufiger als seltener Schwäche – gefühlt/ tatsächlich Häufiger teurer
  4. Kerstin: Streisand-Effekt Vorher überlegen, was man will & was Zweck hat Gerade Social Media/Bewertungen: immer erstmal Kontakt aufnehmen Oft rechtl. Möglichkeiten ja auch sehr begrenzt Thomas 26.4 Verfristungen Wiederholungsgefahr ohne UE Optimales Ergebnis Kerstin: nachfragen, Fristen (Urlaub)
  5. Kerstin: Firmen brauchten schon immer Krisen-PR Nicht erst mit Social Media Monitoring Abstimmungswege! Rechtliche Kenntnisse: Überleitung zu Thomas & nächster Foile
  6. Hier könnten wir jeder unsere Position sagen. Zu tun/zu klären: Darauf achten, dass abwechselnd jeweils mal der eine, mal die andere mit der Position zu einer Frage beginnt. Heizt die Drohung mit dem Anwalt den Konflikt erst an? Wir brauchen Beispiele! Mir fällt immer nur das mit Jako ein, die einen der ersten bekannten Shitstorms in Deutschland ausgelöst haben, weil sie einem Blogger direkt mit dem Anwalt gedroht haben – und daraufhin alle Blogger gegen sich hatten! Thomas Anwalt Gegenseite Drohen mit Anwalt Kosten + Eskalation & Aufgeben keine Option KVA (ca. 250)
  7. Jeder 3 – kurz!!! Kerstin: Kein Monitoring Keiner weiß, wer im Ernstfall zu erreichen ist und was entscheiden muss Vorschnelle, zu heftige Reaktion Thomas: Kurzschlusshandlungen (z.B. Nachweis der Kenntnis(Frist)/Strategie verbaut) Spielregeln im Handlungsbereich nicht kennen Kind im Brunnen
  8. Kerstin: Was viele Shitstorms gezeigt haben Oft stehen im Krisenfall Unterstützer erst auf, von denen man nicht wusste Auch nicht die Community der anderen verärgern (nochmal Bsp. Jako) Thomas: - Nicht Bulletproof - Ob & Wie (Freundlich bleiben)
  9. Kerstin: - Zweischneidiges Schwert Thomas: - David vs Goliath - Veröffentlichung
  10. Conclusio: Kerstin: 90 % der Probleme in der Welt, weil Menschen recht behalten wollen Thomas: Sich im Recht wähnen o. Recht haben nicht unbedingt = Gewinnen Flausch ist schön aber man sollte immer die Keule bereit halten Kerstin: Wer die Keule hat, kann unter Umständen flauschig bleiben
