                                                                                required me to have a background check which I passed. Just because a
                                                                                hunting rifle is dressed up with hand rails, adjustable stock and a "flash

                                                                                It limits our freedom guaranteed through the bill of rights. The 2nd amendment
                                                                                has nothing to do with my "right" to hunt ducks. The framers of our constitution
                                                                                wanted the citizens to be armed for the purpose of resisting tyranny. They wanted
                                                                                the citizens to have the ability to form a militia if necessary and the only way to
                                                                                guarantee that the new government would not become oppressive was to give the
                                                                                people the right to keep and bear the tools necessary to fight for their freedom if

                                                                                  legislature would be unconstitutional. In addition, there is no sound evidence
