Generator Armature Reaction in electricity production is how Newton's Third Law is manifested in an
electric generator. Newton's Third law states that: “for every action there is an equal and opposite
reaction.”
This means that if you want to generate 1 MW (I,000,000 Watts) of electricity you will require a
minimum of 1 MW of mechanical input energy to be supplied to the generator in the drive shaft from
the prime mover.
If the prime mover is fossil fuel or nuclear powered it will mean that 1 MW worth of Greenhouse Gas
or nuclear waste will be produced. It also means that at least 3 MW worth of fossil fuels will be
required to generate 1 MW of electricity because a fossil fuel powered prime mover (diesel motor) is
30% efficient at best in converting fossil fuel energy to mechanical energy - to be provided to the
generator via the drive shaft.
The cost of producing the electricity to the electric utility, the cost of purchasing the electricity to the
consumer and the cost to the environment are all reflected here as a result of Generator Armature
Reaction.
The ReGenX Generator is proven to reverse Generator Armature Reaction and to produce, “an equal
and complementary reaction” when generating electricity.
2. INVESTOR PRESENTATION TECHNOLOGY INTRODUCTION LETER
This means that if you want to generate 1 MW (I,000,000 Watts) of electricity with a ReGenX
Generator you will require 0.00 Watts of mechanical input energy to be supplied to the generator in the
drive shaft from the prime mover.
3,000,000 Watts worth of input energy is required to generate 1,000,000 Watts of electricity with a
conventional fossil fuel powered generator.
0.0 Watts worth of input energy is required to generate 1,000,000 Watts of electricity with a ReGenX
fossil fuel powered generator.
The cost of producing electricity to the electric utility is reduced, the cost of purchasing the electricity
to the consumer is reduced and the cost to the environment is also reduced as a result of the ReGenX
Generator's ability to reverse Generator Armature Reaction.
The maximum amount of input energy required to be supplied to a ReGenX Generator when generating
1 MW of electrical output power is less than what was required at idle on no-load.
When applied to electric vehicles the ReGen-X EV Traction Motor provides electric vehicles with
Regenerative Acceleration.
Electric Vehicle (EV) Regenerative Acceleration recharges an EV's batteries while accelerating the EV
and it provides said EV with unlimited range as a result.
Currently Potential Difference Inc. has ReGen-X Motor coils that can deliver in excess of 66 Watts
(1,056 Watts) of EV Regenerative Acceleration per coil.
A 100 coil ReGen-X EV Traction Motor will deliver 105,600 Watts of EV battery recharge power with
vehicle acceleration continuously above 30 km/hr in Regenerative Acceleration Mode and 105,600
Watts of EV battery recharge power with vehicle deceleration below 30 km/hr in regenerative braking
mode.
A Nissan Leaf requires about 20 kW of motor power consumption at 100 km/hr and when equipped
with a ReGen-X Traction Motor it will generate more than 100 kW of continuous battery recharging
and will never require plug-in recharging as a result.
Potential Difference Inc. has offered Venezuela Petroleum Exclusive Manufacturing and Distribution
rights for;
1. all electricity production in Venezuela
2. all electric vehicles in Venezuela
3. and all electric vehicles in Spain.

History of work leading up to recent developments
Inspired by the events of 9/11 and mounting conflicts in the middle east around our global need for oil, I
became very concerned about the path we were on. I started to consider our current levels of consumption and
alternative energy sources, how could I might be able to play a role in developing possible solutions?
By 1999 my deep concern and inquiry around how to contribute to our environmental issues lead me into
reactivating my interest in electric power generation. In this new pursuit, I began evaluating the current design
and performance of our existing generators and how Generator Armature Reaction contributed primarily to the
inefficiency of generating electricity and the pollution produced; greenhouse gas emissions, nuclear waste etc.
Over the next 8 years this became my primary focus and passion. I sold my businesses and spent all my time
and resources studying and looking for loop holes in the accepted laws of physics regarding Generator
Armature Reaction's induced Counter Electromagnetic Torque, designing, building and rebuilding generator
prototypes with a focus on reducing electromagnetically induced losses, increasing efficiency and reducing
pollution.
In 2005 from the original prototypes I constructed, I was able to demonstrate the viability of my ideas and was
successful in securing $1.5 million in ongoing investor funding.
In 2007 the original idea of reducing Generator Armature Reaction by 10% by physically diverting and disposing
of the parasitic electromagnetically induced magnetic fields shifted. I discovered that it was possible to delay in
the time domain the production of these magnetic fields and not only eliminate 100% of their negative effects
but that Generator Armature Reaction could actually be reversed and the magnetic fields produced could
actually be used for something useful and beneficial.
From 2008-2010.5 in the Power Lab at Ottawa University Electrical Engineering Department we established the
scientific explanation regarding the ReGenX Generator’s Regenerative Acceleration Effect and secured the
ReGenX Generator US patent which was issued in 2018.
From 2007-2018 continuous intellectual property development was required because early ReGenX Generators
coils were not capable of producing any usable electrical output power, they could only produce on-load system
acceleration. During this R&D period, time was spent developing ReGenX Generator coils which could deliver
usable electric output power and system acceleration. We now have commercially manufactured ReGenX
Generator coils which have successfully been produced in China, California & Toronto.

Currently Potential Difference has commercially manufactured ReGenX Generator Coils that can deliver in
excess of 1 kW of electric output power per coil with Generator Armature Reaction reversal - in other words; a
0.00 Watt on-load mechanical drive shaft input power increase.
Electric vehicles can now employ any number of said ReGenX Generator Coils to deliver virtually any magnitude
of EV battery recharging - with EV acceleration in Electric Vehicle Regenerative Acceleration Mode above 30
km/hr and with traditional EV deceleration in conventional EV regenerative braking mode.
Global electric power generation facilities can now employ ReGenX Generators to reduce input energy costs in
electric power generation by more than 80%.
For example, wind turbines employing ReGenX Generators (which operate in the absence of Generator
Armature Reaction and which require 80% less mechanical input power) can be 80% smaller than existing wind
turbines while still delivering the same or more electrical output power to the grid than traditionally sized wind
turbines. Electric generating facilities which consume fossil fuels and nuclear energy can generate electricity
with 80% less input while producing 80% less pollution and nuclear waste.
