Each color points out the training activity focused on, and shows the muscle group affected.

The epidemic of childhood obesity is fueled by both diet and a lack of physical activity. As this
problem is growing, many opportunities for childhood physical activity, such as school PE and
recess, are being scaled back or eliminated. Norwell Junior seeks to address this problem with its
series of outdoor fitness stations for eight to fourteen year olds.
