Duties:

II. Project Manager (Owner Representative): 1 November 2009- May 2012
From construction till handing over stage working with Emirates Investment Group Company to ensure the
smooth running of work and progress in line with project pan and owners wishes.
The project: White-Bay Umm Al Quwain Project Value: 3.7 Billion Dollars.
- The white Bay development is located in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain northern cost of United Arab
Emirates, approximately 9.5 km northeast of the city center and 50 km north of Dubai. The six phase
project is a multi-purpose residential and resort development complex comprises of man-made islands
(reclamation and Dredging), a marina, various type of buildings, roads, bridges, and a range of facilities for
residential and recreational purposes, to accommodate a population of 28,000 people.
