Pop music is a genre of popular music which originated in its modern form.
The terms popular music and pop music are often used interchangeably.

having much artistic depth. Pop music is generally thought of as a genre
which is commercially recorded and desires to have a mass audience

6. Classical Music
Classical music is art music produced or rooted in the traditions of Western music.
It encompasses a broad period from roughly the 11th century to the present day.
The instruments used in most classical music were largely invented before the mid19th century (often much earlier), and codified in the 18th and 19th centuries. The
most outstanding characteristic of classical music is that the repertoire tends to be
written down in musical notation, creating a musical part or score. This score
typically determines details of rhythm, pitch, and, where two or more
musicians are involved.

Dance music is music composed specifically to facilitate or
accompany dancing. It can be either a whole musical piece or part of a larger
musical arrangement. In terms of performance, the major categories are live
dance music and recorded dance music.

Comedy music is music that is comic or humorous in nature,
encompassing a wide variety of music genres. Popular types of comedy
music include parody music, novelty songs, comedy rock and comedy hip
hop.
