a card game

2. 1. The Story
• Four brothers have to share the legacy of their
parents
• Everyone wants to be the oldest because the
oldest get the most
• They do a time travel with a mysterious
machine which they found in the basement of
their dad

3. 2. Preparation
• „legacy“ is a card game
• At the beginning every player draw a „year of birth
card“
• This card is secret for all player until the end of the
game put them next to you with the back
• Now each player draw three „year of birth cards“ and
three „heirloom cards“
• Then shuffle all types of cards and put them on one
stack
• Each player must have 6 cards on the hand (three
heirloom cards and year of birth cards)

4. 3. Gameplay
• The player who is beginning draws
one card from the stack
• Depending on the card the player
must discard one heirloom card or
year of birth card
• The player right from you can take
your discarded cards or draw a
new card
• A stopwatch limited the „time
travel“

5. 4. Goal of „legacy“
• If the time is up every player discard the
lowest „year of birth card“
• Then each player take their secret „year of
birth card „
• After that everyone show their cards and the
player with the lowest year of birth is the
winner
• The winner of the round get points for his
heirlooms the others get nothing (every
heirloom card have their own value --> add
them together)
• There are four rounds played and the player
with the highest points is the winner
