Skill on Sports is a pure product of skill and knowledge which allows users to predict the outcome of real world sports events based upon the options on offer.
  3. 3. SKILL ON SPORTS Games with skill on sports principle are a type of non-gambling games where participants assemble imaginary or virtual teams of real players of a professional sport. Skill on Sports belongs to a category of Fantasy sport games (also known as rotisserie, roto or owner simulation) 1. All prizes and rewards offered to winning participants are established and made known to the participants in advance of the game or contest and the value is not determined by the amount of any fees paid by participants. 2. All winning outcomes reflect the relative knowledge and skill of the participants and are determined predominantly by accumulated statistical results of the performance of individuals (athletes in the case of sports events) in multiple real-world sporting or other event.

HISTORY 1960s: The concept of assembling a fantasy team of real-world athletes and competing against your peers based on your team’s performance. 1990s: The rise of the internet in the mid-1990s helped transform a niche offline hobby for sports fans into a billion- dollar online industry. 2003: Fantasy Sports Trade Association (http://fsta.org/) survey showed that 15 million people were playing fantasy football and spending about $150 a year on average, making it a $1.5 billion industry 2006: The Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act specifically excludes Fantasy Sports, labeling it as a game of skill rather than chance (skill on sports). 2009-2011: Websites initially specialized in season-long fantasy games, which covered an entire National Football League (NFL) or Major League Baseball (MLB) season, but more recently brands like FanDuel (f. 2009) and DraftKings (f. 2011) have created the concept of daily contests - Daily Fantasy Sport born. 2015: FanDuel and DraftKings have an estimated value of at least US$1 billion, and control 95% of the DFS market in the United States

  7. 7. SPECIFICATIONS The Skill On Sports™ Network operates through the WBG platform which has been operating in a live environment since 2004. The structure of the platform allows us to offer multiple language and currency versions, all operating within a single network. Brand new applications will be going live from App Store and Google Play offering: • American football NFL • Soccer (England Premier League, German Budesliga, Spain La Liga, Italy Serie A, France Ligue 1, USA MLS and others) • Basketball NBA • Formula F1, Hockey NHL, Baseball MLB coming soon Bonus and loyalty points will also be on offer in the coming new releases

  9. 9. To start using the app, a user has to register. Besides registration of username, password and email, a user has to provide their address and last four digits of their SSN (if they are resident within the US) ID verification provided by IDology: https://www.idology.com. CREATE ACCOUNT
  10. 10. • After registration, the user is taken to the lobby screen. • On the screen the user can see balance/fund/withdraw. • From here a user can navigate around the game, viewing: new contests & contests they’ve already entered. • They can check their notifications (highlighted in green) access their account details, contact support, about us and legal information.   11. 11. • When entering a new contest a list of sports options appear. • The user can find their preferred sport that they wish to enter a contest in. Entering New Contests.
  12. 12. • The contests are broken down into subscription categories and weekly categories. • Subscriptions run for a 30 day period, we will be offering automated renewal or the user can manually subscribe for the next month. • A user’s subscription period is for 30 days from depositing.   13. 13. • When tapping on the subscription tab, a list of contests appear. • The only contests available for the user are the contests within their chosen subscription packs. Contests
  14. 14. • Pressing the enter button opens a pop-up containing a brief description of the contest, prize table and the official contests rules. • The user must confirm to continue within the contest. Contest Rules
  15. 15. Players Selection Screen • This screen allows the user to select their chosen players. • In their selection players must be picked from at least three different matches.
  16. 16. • For each of chosen players, entrant must choose at least one outcome Outcome Selection Screen (desktop vs. mobile)
  17. 17. • Once they’ve chosen the outcomes they enter the points selection screen. • The user has a maximum of 100 points in any contest. They choose how many points they want to spend on each of their chosen outcomes. • At this point the user can confirm their coupon in the contest. Points Selection Screen
  18. 18. • This screen allows the user to see their entered (in action) contests. • The user can also see their previously entered contests history. • Taping on in-play or finished tab, user enters the next screen. My Contests
  19. 19. • When a contest is in action the user can see the ranking screen of other users entered in the contest. • The ranking screen is updated during the live contest, so the user can track his/her position in real-time. • In the top right they can also access the coupon screen and edit their predictions before the games match goes live. • They can access all information when the contest is finished seeing the history of points from ranked users. OPERATIONS The Skill On Sports team are dedicated and talented; operating the network within the Wild Bunch Gaming platform, by creating the contests across all sports on offer and the various subscription levels. The team will be responsible for the support of all the licensees’ as well as the licensee users if required. Included: Weekly notifications will be sent out across the network to all the users phones, promoting and updating them on existing and new contests.

We can also supply a completely turnkey solution leaving the licensee to market and drive traffic to there own brand whilst the Skill on Sports team manage the day to day operations.
