The SME development law was established (January 1st, 2008).
All federal executive bodies were obliged to found consultative
agencies for small and medium business
(RF Presidential Decree No.797 of May 15, 2008).
The Governmental Commission on Small and Medium-Sized Business
was launched (2008).
