The Order of the Ministry of Finance which dictates the rules for the preparation of the
General Budgets of the State, is found in article 7, section 7 in relation to the Childhood,
Youth and Family Impact Report that ::
“The ministerial departments will send a report to the State Secretariat for Budget and
Expenditure analyzing the Childhood, Youth and Family impact of their spending
programs, in the terms established for that purpose by the aforementioned Secretary of
State.
These reports will form the basis for the formulation by the Secretary of State of Budget
and Expenditure of the Childhood, Youth and Family Impact Report, for which purpose a
working group will be set up consisting of representatives of the Ministry of Health and
Social Services, of the Secretariat of State for Budget and Expenditure and of the
General Budget Office to form the final draft of the Childhood, Youth and Family Impact
Report, which will accompany the preliminary draft of the General State Budget Law”.
