Feedback from users after 2 sessions of CBRT:
• The participant thought about colour more e.g. range of colours in her garden. Also not to worry
about things you cannot change.
• Felt calmer in myself, even though the week has been very busy. I have slept sounder than in
previous weeks.
• Linda had a peaceful night’s sleep following the session and is sure that was because of the
session, reinforcing her opinion of it being effective.
• The participant called to say, she would be coming to the next session as the benefits she gained
was a lovely surprise. She told me “during the past week she felt more relaxed, was putting herself
first and enjoyed having quiet times.
• Difficult to say if colour sessions as started a new job second week. Had lots to do old job and
definitely felt more energy after the first session but was that because I had been focussed.
• During the week, the participant felt more relaxed, she felt better, felt more optimistic. It’s helping
her let go of things.
• Kevin slept better for a few days but then went back to poor sleep and feeling less relaxed.
• Slept better.

Feedback from users after 2 sessions of CBRT:
• This participant found her sleep had improved, she believed this was due to her body being less
stressed.
• I have noticed that I have related to certain colours a little more. drawn to them perhaps. The colours
being the colours I have seen with the disks.
• I have noticed that I have related to certain colours and a little more drawn to them perhaps.
• Graham feels being able to focus on his breathing and visualising colour has helped his pain.
• The participant had a feeling of being more contented and used the colours during the week.• The participant had a feeling of being more contented and used the colours during the week.
• Helen felt much more energised and positive for the first few days after the sessions.
• More relaxed during the week. Got more done. Becoming open to other peoples moods.
• Justin was surprised to find his sleeping was better for a few nights after the last session. He felt
surprisingly well.
• Slept extremely well after first session and felt re-energised for about 3-4 days. Wonderful. the second
session felt much 'more' than the first session, I was more relaxed and better able to absorb the
colours. I was amazed at the good effect it had and thoroughly enjoyed it.
• The participant felt less anxious and was happy about this. Her working life means she is on her feet
all day and she found she had a little more energy.

Feedback from users after 2 sessions of CBRT:
• Nikki found she was quite emotional for a few days following the session, but after that felt better and as if
some weight had gone from her.
• The participant felt relaxed for a couple of days after the CBRT session.
• More relaxed.
• Sarah felt totally relaxed following the first session and has been feeling calmer in herself since this. The
participant had a bit more inner reassurance and the thought of her new job was a little less daunting.
• It was easier to concentrate on the circles and I absorbed more.
• Hugh had a good night’s sleep following the treatment and felt less pain than previously, but this reverted
back after a day or so. He is hoping another session will help with the pain management.
• The participant told me “her family commented on how they saw a positive difference in her well-being, she
looked so relaxed and calm”. The comment was said to her, four days after she had attended the CBRT
session. The participant stated she did feel relaxed and confident.
• More relaxed and less anxious.
• The participant felt happier and more at ease join the group for the second session. She benefited from the
previous session by way of her confidence and the fact she really enjoyed herself, time for herself.
• Woken an awareness of colours.

Feedback from users after 2 sessions of CBRT:
• Jayne enjoyed the first session and felt relaxed for the rest of the day. She was on a high and is looking
forward to the second session. She has been divorced for a while and feels she has a lot of responsibility
for her children so often has trouble relaxing.
• The relaxed feeling was a welcome relief from how she normally feels.
• Peter has tried focusing on his breathing and affirmations at bedtime and feels these have helped him
sleep a little better.
• Clearer thinking. The participant was quietly surprised how she felt from the last session, peaceful and
more able to manage her family commitment and dynamics.
• Was in a very good mood after leaving and was very aware of colours everywhere. the lights in the
restaurant, a tv programme and the colours of flowers made me very cheerful.
• Zena is almost blind but could see the colours of the disks. She has always been positive in her outlook on
life and felt these disks enhanced her positivity. She is used to affirmations and felt they fully
complemented the disks.
• The participant told me she understood how she could benefit from the relaxation more if she hadn't had
her cough, she preoccupied trying not to cough and disturb the session.
• More talk time and more relaxed, and joking around too, how I used to be!

  • 31. Feedback from users after 2 sessions of CBRT: • The participant thought about colour more e.g. range of colours in her garden. Also not to worry about things you cannot change. • Felt calmer in myself, even though the week has been very busy. I have slept sounder than in previous weeks. • Linda had a peaceful night’s sleep following the session and is sure that was because of the session, reinforcing her opinion of it being effective. • The participant called to say, she would be coming to the next session as the benefits she gained was a lovely surprise. She told me “during the past week she felt more relaxed, was putting herself first and enjoyed having quiet times. • Difficult to say if colour sessions as started a new job second week. Had lots to do old job and definitely felt more energy after the first session but was that because I had been focussed. • During the week, the participant felt more relaxed, she felt better, felt more optimistic. It’s helping her let go of things. • Kevin slept better for a few days but then went back to poor sleep and feeling less relaxed. • Slept better. 31

Feedback from users after 2 sessions of CBRT: • This participant found her sleep had improved, she believed this was due to her body being less stressed. • I have noticed that I have related to certain colours a little more. drawn to them perhaps. Got more done. Becoming open to other peoples moods. • Justin was surprised to find his sleeping was better for a few nights after the last session. He felt surprisingly well. • Slept extremely well after first session and felt re-energised for about 3-4 days. Wonderful. the second session felt much 'more' than the first session, I was more relaxed and better able to absorb the colours. I was amazed at the good effect it had and thoroughly enjoyed it. • The participant felt less anxious and was happy about this. Her working life means she is on her feet all day and she found she had a little more energy. 32

Feedback from users after 2 sessions of CBRT: • Nikki found she was quite emotional for a few days following the session, but after that felt better and as if some weight had gone from her. • The participant felt relaxed for a couple of days after the CBRT session. • More relaxed. • Sarah felt totally relaxed following the first session and has been feeling calmer in herself since this. The participant had a bit more inner reassurance and the thought of her new job was a little less daunting. • It was easier to concentrate on the circles and I absorbed more. • Hugh had a good night’s sleep following the treatment and felt less pain than previously, but this reverted back after a day or so. He is hoping another session will help with the pain management. • The participant told me “her family commented on how they saw a positive difference in her well-being, she looked so relaxed and calm”. The comment was said to her, four days after she had attended the CBRT session. The participant stated she did feel relaxed and confident. • More relaxed and less anxious. • The participant felt happier and more at ease join the group for the second session. She benefited from the previous session by way of her confidence and the fact she really enjoyed herself, time for herself. • Woken an awareness of colours. . 33
  • 34. Feedback from users after 2 sessions of CBRT: • Jayne enjoyed the first session and felt relaxed for the rest of the day. She was on a high and is looking forward to the second session. She has been divorced for a while and feels she has a lot of responsibility for her children so often has trouble relaxing. • The relaxed feeling was a welcome relief from how she normally feels. • Peter has tried focusing on his breathing and affirmations at bedtime and feels these have helped him sleep a little better. • Clearer thinking. The participant was quietly surprised how she felt from the last session, peaceful and more able to manage her family commitment and dynamics. • Was in a very good mood after leaving and was very aware of colours everywhere. the lights in the restaurant, a tv programme and the colours of flowers made me very cheerful. • Zena is almost blind but could see the colours of the disks. She has always been positive in her outlook on life and felt these disks enhanced her positivity. She is used to affirmations and felt they fully complemented the disks. • The participant told me she understood how she could benefit from the relaxation more if she hadn't had her cough, she preoccupied trying not to cough and disturb the session. • More talk time and more relaxed, and joking around too, how I used to be! 34
