Over-reliance on networks may be presenting
challenges
 Though formal and informal networks yield significant results,
  diversity challenges give pause for concern.
 While diversity is regarded as important, almost half of those who
  indicate challenges say that the greatest diversity challenge is
  balancing ethnic diversity – attracting qualified people of color.
 Dr. Ivan Misner is the Founder & Chairman of BNI, as well as a New
  York Times best-selling author says, “It is human nature to
  congregate with people that are very much like us. People tend to
  cluster together based on education, age, race, professional status,
  etc.. The bottom line is that we tend to hang out with people who
  have similar experiences or perspectives as ours.”

The purpose of the Relationship Management role is to serve as a single point of contact responsible for ensuring the total success and satisfaction of
our relationship. This will be achieved through proactive, consultative interactions that focus on maximizing the full potential of LinkedIn solutions.

One of the key areas of emphasis will be on end user success and engagement. Your Relationship Manager will work with you ensure that best
practices are utilized and reinforced. Additionally, you will be kept up to date on industry trends and how LinkedIn’s solutions address the evolving
recruitment challenges faced by our growing client base.

LinkedIn’s Enterprise Support team provides assistance for both technical and non-technical related issues and questions. US hours of operation are
7am-6pm Monday through Friday (Central Standard Time) when our reps will provide email support and telephone contact by the representative
assigned to your issue. LinkedIn’s Enterprise Support team is also able to escalate other issues to LinkedIn’s Engineering and Web Operations team.
