problems by ensuring that all phases of support are properly coordinated, monitored, logged, tracked and

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manages and monitors the procedures on receiving, handling, investigating, and resolving
Mobile Data related issues and ensuring that service level standards are met
• Owns and drives the resolution of Mobile Data issues reported to the team and other support
group, including management of issues that cannot be resolved by certain level of escalation
