What will it do !  Water-dependent uses, public use & access, sustainable use of natural resources, environmental protection Jacobs Point 80 acres and 1 mile of shore line !
Average mean density of all marine bird species! from winters 1993 - 2006, 2008 - 2009.! Species breakdown as follows: dabbling ducks and geese (33%); diving/sea ducks (31%); gulls (12%); shorebirds (13%); grebes and loons (4%); alcids (2%); and cormorants (2%) Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife PSAMP, 2009
