For first time users, you can start using OfficeCentral faster
by importing your staffs information (if you have them in
Excel format) into OfficeCentral using our Staff Data Import
function. This will make it easier and faster for you to start
using OfficeCentral.
OfficeCentral HRMS also has a dashboard consisting of date
reminders where you can view list of staffs’ contracts that are
expiring soon and also the list of staffs whose probation due for
confirmation is coming up.

These are the main modules available in Leave Management module for your reference.
You can have unlimited number of configurable leave types
which allows you to not only put in government mandatory
leave types, you can also introduce special leave for your
employees. You can also set number of minimum days to apply
prior to the leave date (or after).
You can also decide whether a leave is able to carry forward to
the next year and also whether staff under probation are able to
apply the leave type. Additionally, you can also decide how you
would like the leave to be allocated such as daily prorate,
monthly, half yearly or annual basis.
For employees who have access to the system, they can
login to their OfficeCentral account to apply for leave and if
they are an approver, they can approve/reject the leave
applications submitted for their review.
The system will automatically generate dashboards and
reports based on the leave applications submitted in the
system.
You can set the leave entitlements in OfficeCentral based on the
staff’s job classification and also year of service. This allows you
to process leave entitlements with automated calculations
based on your company’s policy.
You can also view the leave applications submitted by the
staffs in calendar format from within OfficeCentral.

These are the main modules available in Leave Management module for your reference.
You can add the list of courses available in your company in the
Course Listing, where users can view the list of courses available,
the contact details and date/time of each course. Users with the
Employee Self Service access are able to login to their account
and apply for the courses that they are interested in.
For employees who have access to the system, they can
login to their OfficeCentral account to apply for available
courses and if they are also approvers to other staffs, they
will be able to approve/reject course applications
submitted via OfficeCentral.
The system will automatically record the courses that have
been approved under the list of courses in the staff’s Staff
Profile.
You can also view the leave applications submitted by the
staffs in calendar format from within OfficeCentral.
For employees who have access to the system, they can
login to their OfficeCentral account to apply for available
courses and if they are also approvers to other staffs, they
will be able to approve/reject course applications
submitted via OfficeCentral. Supervisors can also apply for
suitable courses for their supervisees.
The system will automatically record the courses that have
been approved under the list of courses in the staff’s Staff
Profile.
