• Reviewing Pipe material spec prepared by software such as CAD-Worx Spec editor.
• Locating the appropriate type of supports in Layout & Isometrics.
3. CALCULATIONS
• Prepared pipe thickness calculations according to process industry standard (ASME B31.3).
• Prepared spade and spacer thickness calculation for larger sizes according to ASME B31.3 standard.
• Preparation of stud bolt length calculations for non-standard fittings and equipment.
• Prepared RF pad calculation according to ASME B31.3.
4. REVIEWING AND VERIFYING
• Verifying and checking of line list and P&IDs prepared by Process department.
• Reviewing inter-departmental documents prepared by other departments in-order to review various clashes
with respect to the pipe routing.
