HRelax is a venture of two professionals, Amol Gokhale and Hitesh Pathak, with a collective experience of 40+
years across various industries. Amol has worked in various corporates over last 25 years in senior strategic
positions whereas Hitesh has hands on experience in Labour Law Advisory, Statutory Social Security Compliances
and Temp Staffing.

Scope of Work and Our Responsibilities
1. We shall provide you manpower services such as
a. White collared office and field staff
b. Operational Staff
to work at various locations and offices
2. We will own complete responsibility of our employees while they are deployed at your site.
3. Our staff will pursue the work entrusted to them with promptness and diligence.
4. We are determined and well equipped to deal with issues such as misconduct by any of our employees
and will deal on our own with the issues, if any, in a professional manner.
5. We will give all our eligible employees the benefits prescribed under the applicable laws such as ESIC,
EPF, Bonus, Gratuity etc. and shall also maintain all the necessary records required under the act.
6. We are willing to consider any other terms and conditions acknowledged by the law and advised by the
principal employer over and above what is mentioned herein.
7. We have, on our panel, Human Resource Specialists, Practicing Advocates and Personal Financial
Planners for the benefit and welfare of the employees.
