Project Description
ECCT is in the process of testing the Hartford’s service for Insurance customers using IVR.
Production Testing, Smoke testing was performed with real time agents using Toll Free
numbers. It involved testing of 4 business lines – Claims, Plaza, Business insurance and
Personal Insurance for following areas-Service messages testing, Service Level testing (IA
Timer testing),Priority Checking.

Business Insurance, and Personal Insurance.Test Execution was performed on
IVR.Executed Cold and Warm Transfer of a call

message testing, open hour, closed hour message.
 Service Level Testing (IA Timer testing) -Used Echo Pass for adding / deleting
user, updating skill levels of agents.Tested whether the time taken to accept a

Veeva iRep Life Science Forest Lab Mobile Tester
Project Description
Forest Lab is currently leveraging Veeva iRep for Office Based Sales Representatives. Once
implemented, the Office Based Sales Reps can use Veeva iRep for Scheduling / Recording
of their regular call activities and Sample disbursements. iRep is built on the same
architecture as that of the Veeva mobility applications (VMobile) and leverages the same
configuration as Veeva CRM online.
