Millennials :
• A person reaching adulthood around the
year 2000 onwards;
• People born 1982 onwards.

Companies now a days are very particular
about the characteristics and attitude of their
future employees and most of the time they
have negative thoughts towards young people.
 An article from Time Magazine in 2013 states
that Millennials :
“Wants flexible work Schedule, more 'me time'
on the job, and nearly nonstop feedback and
career advice from managers."
Human Resources Professionals and Managers
has a high impact on your career as they are
the one who will assess your talents and
capabilities.
Researches says that by 2050, millennials will
cover up to 75% of workforce globally and
there are some characteristics that you should
know for you to avoid conflicts and negative
image in the industry.
