The New York Times recently published an article detailing the story of Carly
Cardellino, senior beauty editor at Cosmopolitan.com. Ms. Cardellino had Tattoo
Regret and wanted to make the tattoo she got on her foot in college go away.
After undergoing a laser treatment every four weeks for a year ($3,000), the tattoo
looked like what appeared to be a bruise and as Ms. Cardellino describes, "It
