• Full Time – eligible for 80 hours
• Part Time – eligible for average over a two-week period

• Full Time – Up to 12 weeks of leave @ 40 hrs / wk
• Part Time - Up to 12 weeks of leave @ number of hours
normally scheduled
• First two weeks paid sick leave
• Up to 10 weeks of paid expanded Family / Medical Leave

FFCRA Duration of Leave • Reasons 1-4 and 6 • Full Time – eligible for 80 hours • Part Time – eligible for average over a two-week period • Reason 5 • Full Time – Up to 12 weeks of leave @ 40 hrs / wk • Part Time - Up to 12 weeks of leave @ number of hours normally scheduled • First two weeks paid sick leave • Up to 10 weeks of paid expanded Family / Medical Leave • Paid at 2/3’s rate
