HOW IT WORKS
Client shares their requirement.
Net Solutions identifies the work involved to create a
feature list.
The feature list is verified with the client. The verified
feature list becomes the scope of the project.
Net Solutions submits a proposal for working on
the requirements based on the agreed scope for a
specific remuneration.
Client and Net Solutions sign a contract on
agreement

FIXED RESOURCE MODEL
IDEAL FOR
ƒƒ Agencies/Companies looking for offshore
development teams.
ƒƒ Companies with long-term predictable
requirements, for example, product
development or software support
CORE TERMS
ƒƒ Every resource engaged will be available
for at least 160 hours each calendar month
(referred to as monthly commitment in
Benefits).
ƒƒ There is a minimum 3 month billing
commitment for each resource engaged.
Cancellation charges may apply for
premature termination of resources.
ƒƒ Indian employment laws apply; leaves taken
by resources as sanctioned by law do not
account for absence from work and will not
qualify for discounts in monthly billing if
monthly commitment is met.
This plan is designed for long-term engagement needs where resources are engaged by the Client for long periods with
a benefit of lower costs
HOW IT WORKS
Depending on their requirements, Client identifies

Net Solutions identifies the relevant resources
from its existing pool of employees that match
the requirements shared by clients, as closely as
possible.
Client interviews multiple resources to select
qualifying resources.
At the mutually agreed date, the resources are
aligned with the clients.
Client can increase or decrease the number of full-
time resources engaged at any time

No minimum volumes.
Maximum flexibility in utilization of each hired
resource.
Predictability of expense and work output.
All resources engaged report directly to Client in
addition to local reporting to Net Solutions senior
staff for service quality assurance.
No overage charges after monthly commitment has
been met.

TIME MATERIAL OR “HOURLY” MODEL
IDEAL FOR
ƒƒ Companies/Agencies with an unpredictable
work load.
ƒƒ Companies/Agencies with fast changing
requirements.
ƒƒ Work that needs quick turnaround. Other
models often experience an initiation lag,
for example, in case of fixed resource model
the addition of resources would involve
interviews of identified resources before their
confirmation, or in case of fixed price model
the scope and costs have to be agreed
upon and signed off before work can begin.
This lag is totally absent in this engagement
model.
CORE TERMS
ƒƒ Client keeps a retainer with Net Solutions
which is adjusted on final billing of the
relationship.
ƒƒ Billing is done on weekly cycles with NET 7
billing terms.
This plan is the most flexible one where you only pay for the effort utilised for you by our staff. Thus it allows for “as-
needed” outsourced support with no overheads.
HOW IT WORKS
Client sends their requirements.
Net Solutions identifies the relevant resources from
its existing pool of employees that will fulfil Client
requirements.
Work is completed and delivered and the time taken
logged into our timesheets system.
Billing is done on agreed billing cycles based on time
logged.
BENEFITS
No commitment for any expense.
Maximum scalability: To get additional work done,
Client simply posts the details and Net Solutions
takes care of the rest.
Maximum flexibility: Net Solutions ensures
appropriate strength and skill is made available from
across its staff portfolio to fulfil Client requirements.
