8. My View of the Market
The market is slowing for the winter. However, there
are still a pretty good number of buyers out there
looking for really good looking new listings.
Sales in Boulder County are up 7% from a year ago.
The number of listings is down. This is causing
upward price pressure in a big way.
Sales for the month of September sold for 99.3% of
asking price. This is down from the summer months.
Maybe a bit of negotiation room is available?
