reproduction of the 70% of
EsP SLMs to schools c/o
Division LR Manager,
District PSDSs, & Dist. LRs
 Monitored the
distribution of the SLMs
procured by the Division
(from the downloaded
funds)
 Virtually communicated via group
chat with the District Coordinators
Coordinators regarding the
delayed reproduction of the SLMs
due to failure of Bidding for the
30% provision from the Central
Office.
 By the time the delivery has
arrived, monitoring was done to
ensure compliance to the number
of SLMs per school.
 Quarterly Report must
be submitted as to the
utilization of the SLMs:
each District shall
consolidate the Least
Mastered Competencies
and provide
interventions therefor.
A report shall be
forwarded to the
Division for
consolidation and
appropriate action.

Chiefs, all SDO NTPs.
 Discussed with the group the
problems encountered and how
each of these has been solved or
given intervention
 A weekly report has been given to
the CID Chief for reporting during
the Convocation to update all
PSDSs for possible appropriate
action
 Each District and
Secondary EsP
Coordinators shall make
an Action Plan or Action
Research for immediate
solutions to possible
problems.
