Il y a près de 4 ans, Publicis avait racheté Performics à Google (voir archive), a rappelé hier Philippe Seignol, Président de Performics lors de la présentation de MOBIL’iZATION, le livre blanc du search mobile présenté conjointement par les 2 entités. Articulé autour de plusieurs études de cas de campagnes réalisées pour des marques comme PMU, Nestlé, Banque Populaire ou encore Toyota, ce livre blanc est destiné à faciliter la compréhension des particularités du search sur mobile et l'exploitation de ce nouveau levier devenu aujourd’hui incontournable. Le cas PMU, détaillé par Kuider Akani, Directeur des Acquisitions du PMU, révèle que les CPC acquis via le search sont 65% moins chers sur mobiles et 62% moins chers sur tablettes comparativement aux coûts du Web traditionnel. Pour les CPA, l’économie est de 35% sur mobiles et 75% sur tablettes. Le PMU précise investir 5% de ses budgets search dans le mobile. «Alors que la France est dans le peloton de tête des usages et de la pénétration de l’Internet mobile, les entreprises françaises, elles, semblent encore parfois hésitantes à sauter le pas. (...) Le constat pour nous est clair : les stratégies des annonceurs doivent être en ligne avec les usages des mobinautes. Il ne s'agit plus d'investir pour le futur ; il s'agit de ne pas manquer les opportunités d'aujourd'hui !» affirme Arnauld Mitre, Directeur agences pour la région SEEMEA de Google, en précisant que 12% seulement des sites d’annonceurs sont réellement compatibles avec le mobile.

We are using ibeacons for showing the content at the mobile application depending on users' locations inside a store or mall We want to merge an offline-shopping with a smartphone in a common behavioral template. Our mobile app shows content depending on the user's location and such content should be (we suppose) a supplement of shelves (discounts, markdown, stocks, promo, additional assortment) + emotional content (jokes, pictures). Targeting by location adds the game element in the shopping process, and the content provides customer value and emotions. For example, if user be near the household chemicals at store he/she will have to see info relevant only to the near placed goods - washing powders, detergents, towels, etc. And content will have to change if user change the location, of course Also our software allows to make zones based on ibeacons inside the malls/shops, manage the content, collect user info and their tracking inside a mall/shop, has integrated loyalty program (we can easy transform it to the online shop) and callbacks support.

India’s recent stand on Smart City Development and involvement of various high income countries; initiates the talk of ideal variables for smart city evolution by our own standards. With a vision of Urban Governance for general livability, it becomes imperative to study these parameters and ensure the evolution of our own concept of a Smart City. Our spatial planning models based on unique factors such as Human Diversity, Physical-Social networks and ICT impact on urban fabric, City resilience, etc. make it all the more interesting to evolve a blueprint for Planning a Smart City. The paper centers the infrastructural developments for the Smart Urban Development in India. The research helps us arrive at a general line of action for Urban Planning implications catering to the Infrastructure Sector, amongst others; thus affecting environmental, social and economic structure significantly. The study further finds the scope of progress, encouraged from various government policies for successful implementation of Smart City Development. It also allows a peek into future scenario of improvements and deliberations particular to Indian standards in consideration with the scenario of other countries.
