6. WORLD’S LARGEST SERVER COMPANIES ANNOUNCE
NVIDIA VOLTA SYSTEMS SUPERCHARGED FOR AI
NVIDIA and its systems partners Dell EMC, Hewlett Packard
Enterprise, IBM and Supermicro today unveiled more than
10 servers featuring NVIDIA® Volta architecture-based
Tesla® V100 GPU accelerators -- the world's most advanced
GPUs for AI and other compute-intensive workloads.
NVIDIA V100 GPUs, with more than 120 teraflops of deep
learning performance per GPU, are uniquely designed to
deliver the computing performance required for AI deep
learning training and inferencing, high performance
computing, accelerated analytics and other demanding
workloads. A single Volta GPU offers the equivalent
performance of 100 CPUs, enabling data scientists,
researchers and engineers to tackle challenges that were
once impossible.

7. NVIDIA TENSORRT 3 DRAMATICALLY ACCELERATES AI
INFERENCE FOR HYPERSCALE DATA CENTERS
2
NVIDIA today unveiled new NVIDIA® TensorRT™ 3 AI
inference software that sharply boosts the performance and
slashes the cost of inferencing from the cloud to edge
devices, including self-driving cars and robots.
The combination of TensorRT 3 with NVIDIA GPUs delivers
ultra-fast and efficient inferencing across all frameworks
for AI-enabled services -- such as image and speech
recognition, natural language processing, visual search and
personalized recommendations. TensorRT and NVIDIA Tesla®
GPU accelerators are up to 40 times faster than CPUs(1) at
one-tenth the cost of CPU-based solutions.(2)

DESIGN FOR CLOUD COMPUTING
3
PRESS RELEASE
NVIDIA today announced that China's leading original
equipment manufacturers (OEMs) -- including Huawei,
Inspur and Lenovo -- are using the NVIDIA® HGX
reference architecture to offer Volta architecture-based
accelerated systems for hyperscale data centers.
Through the NVIDIA HGX Partner Program, NVIDIA is
providing each OEM with early access to the NVIDIA HGX
reference architecture for data centers, NVIDIA GPU
computing technologies, and design guidelines. HGX is
the same data center design used in Microsoft's Project
Olympus initiative, Facebook's Big Basin systems and
NVIDIA DGX-1™ AI supercomputers.
9. CHINA’S TOP CLOUD PROVIDERS ADOPT NVIDIA VOLTA
GPUS TO SUPERCHARGE NEXT-GEN AI SERVICES
NVIDIA today announced that China's
technology giants are adopting the new
NVIDIA® Volta GPU computing platform to
accelerate AI for a broad range of
enterprise and consumer applications.
Speaking at the GPU Technology Conference
in Beijing, NVIDIA founder and CEO Jensen
Huang announced that Alibaba Cloud, Baidu
and Tencent are incorporating NVIDIA
Tesla® V100 GPU accelerators into their
data centers and cloud-service
infrastructures.
