INTRODUCTION :-
 A system is being designed which will control electrical appliances by smart
phone and android app.
 There are a bluetooth connections at Arduino based circuit.
 This device can also work from a distance.
 Mobile phone monitoring and controlled system.
 Improve comfort.
WHAT IS HOME AUTOMATION?
• Home automation involves introducing a degree of computerized or
automatic control to certain electrical and electronics system in a
building.
• These lighting ,temperature control, etc.this paper demonstrate a
simple home automation system which contains a remote mobile host
controller and several client module (home appliances).
• This client module communicate with host controllers through a
wireless device such as a Bluetooth enabled mobile phone, in this
case, an android based smart phone.

PROPOSED WORK :-
Energy Saving
Give us excellent control over switch.
It also provides a perfect protection to
house.
FUNCTIONAL OVERVIEW :-
• A mobile application which is installed on the bluetooth
enabled device,such as a smartphone.
• A communication protocol is established between the
Arduino board and the mobile app to exchange the data and
commands.
• The Arduino board can also provide feedback to the mobile
application.
• The mobile app provides a user- friendly interface that allows
the user to send commands to the Arudino board.

• Home automation keeps your home secure .You can use any bluetooth
enabled device to control your home appliences from a distance,providing
convenience and flexibility.
• Home automation saves your money .
• Control over your home from smart phone, tablet or pc.
• Home automation means you have less to worry.
• The greatest benefits of home automation systems are added of sense of
security and peace of mind.
• The main advantage of “home automation through android mobile” is that
the “physically challenged and disabled people”.

DISADVANTAGES OF HOME AUTOMATION :-
• Equipment and installation costs.
• System compatibility.
• Dependence on mobile devices.
• Limited range .
CONCLUSION :-
• Home Automation is undeniably a resource which can make a home
environment automated. People can control their electronic devices
via these Home Automation devices and set up controlling actions
through mobile.
• In future this product may have high potential for marketing.

FUTURE SCOPE :-
• India Home Automation Market will reach US$ 25.64 Billion in 2030 compared to US$ 4.83
Billion in 2022 according to the publisher. Home automation integrates electronic and smart
devices in a home, allowing remote control and management of lighting, HVAC, security,
entertainment, and appliances.
• The future scope of Arduino-based home automation systems is promising. As technology
continues to evolve, these systems could become more sophisticated, efficient, and integrated.
Expect advancements in IoT connectivity, energy management, AI integration, and user-
friendly interfaces. Security and privacy enhancements will also likely play a significant role in
shaping the direction of these systems.
